Balance…..it is what it is, on any given day.  Some days we’re steady and strong, and some days we’re falling over at every turn.

In this workshop we will Build Better Balance from the ground up.  We’ll focus on opening our feet to build a strong foundation.  We’ll work on the muscles that give us stability.  We’ll work on core strength and concentration to provide security on the mat.

But….Building Better Balance is much, MUCH more than physical.  Let’s talk about strong foundations, stability and security in ALL aspects of our lives.

**You will NEED to bring:  Yoga mat, two blocks, a tennis ball, water and towel.**

DAY 16 – MORE HOT VINYASA

Ahhhhh….. Nothing like starting the day with a great, sweaty, hot vinyasa practice.  Breathing, moving and sweating on your mat is the most amazing way to detoxify, lengthen, strengthen and feel completely renewed.  Thanks, Leigh, for a wonderful practice!

Affirmation for meditation:  I am at peace.  I repeated this mantra throughout my entire practice.  Absolutely wonderful.

DAY 15 – WE’RE HALFWAY THERE!

Greetings, Yogis & Yoginis!  Thank you to all who have committed to this 30-day period of breathing, practice, meditation and growth.  I hope you’re all feeling the effects of what a daily practice brings to your life!  We’re halfway there!

I started my day with a short meditation, then a steamy Hot Vinyasa Class at Charm City Yoga in Severna Park!  Thanks, Monica, for a challenging practice!

Affirmation for meditation:  I claim my own power and I lovingly create my own reality.
