DAY 25: PEACEFUL MORNING

There’s nothing like waking up with a smile.  It’s a nice feeling to open your eyes, look around you and just SMILE.  My practice began with a smile, and lots of time for gratitude.  Gentle poses and vinyasas, and lots of breath. 

Today I celebrate safe travels and a homecoming, and I’m sure this smile will continue all day long.
