DAY 1: HERE AND NOW
Yoga Sutra 1.1 – ATHA YOGANUSASANAM: Â Here and now begins the instruction/exposition of Yoga. Â From The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, this first sutra indicates the beginning of the instruction in the practice of Yoga – here and now.
“We cannot reach the goal by mere words alone. Â Without practice, nothing can be achieved.” Â - Sri Swami Satchidananda
This is our here and now. Â The past is the past and we cannot change it. Â The future, no matter how much we believe we can control it, has not occurred yet. Â The present, here and now, is all we have. Â Get on your mat and make the most of it.
